Refund Policy
At The Transported Man™, we are committed to delivering coaching programs and resources that help men unlock emotional strength and the ADD advantage. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to be clear and fair about our refund process.
1. Digital Products and Courses
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if:
∙ Less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded
∙ You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction and show that you made an effort to engage with the material
To request a refund, email us at support@thetransportedman.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
2. Coaching Sessions and Programs
Refunds are not available once a coaching session has been delivered or a program has started
For multi-session coaching packages:
∙ If you cancel at least 48 hours before the first session, you will receive a full refund
∙ If you cancel after the first session, you may receive a prorated refund for any unused sessions, minus a £50 administrative fee
∙ No refunds will be issued after the second session
3. Retreats
Deposits for retreats are non-refundable
∙ If you cancel at least 30 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund (minus the deposit)
∙ If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, the payment is non-refundable unless:
We are able to fill your spot with another participant, in which case you will receive a refund (minus the deposit)
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We know life can throw unexpected challenges your way. If you are unable to continue due to exceptional circumstances like a medical emergency, please contact us. We are open to finding a fair solution, such as rescheduling your service or offering partial credit toward future programs.
5. Refund Processing
∙ Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
∙ Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
